Fictional and AI-generated entertainment

Romantasy characters are fictional. Messages, voices, and images may be generated or adapted using AI and can be inaccurate, unexpected, or repetitive. They are entertainment, not real relationships or medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use Romantasy to exploit minors, create non-consensual sexual content, impersonate a real person, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, evade safety systems, attack the service, or break applicable law. We may block unsafe requests or suspend abusive use.

Purchases, gems, and subscriptions

Prices, periods, and renewal terms are shown in your local App Store before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Use Restore Purchases in Romantasy to restore eligible entitlements.

Gems and unlocked fictional content are digital app features, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred. Apple handles billing and refunds under its policies. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

Your content and generated characters

You keep rights you have in descriptions you submit. You give us permission to process them only to operate, secure, and improve the service. Submit only content you have the right to use. Private generated character images are associated with your account and are handled under the Privacy Policy.

If you publish a generated character, its profile, images, and confirmed creator name may appear to other Romantasy users. You give us the limited permission needed to display and moderate that public character. You can make it private again. We may hide or remove public content that violates these terms, and users may report a character or block its creator.

Availability and termination

We may change or discontinue features, and AI or network services may sometimes be unavailable. You may stop using Romantasy or delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for material abuse, fraud, or legal requirements.
