For help with Romantasy, email erik@drastic.dev. Include the app version and a short description, but do not send passwords, full chat transcripts, private images, database URLs, or payment credentials.

Purchases

Open the Store and choose Restore Purchases if a subscription or eligible purchase is missing. Apple handles charges and refund requests. The displayed price and period come from the App Store for your region.

Account deletion

In the app, open Profile → Account → Delete account. Two confirmations appear before the permanent deletion. See the Privacy Policy for the deletion and retention contract.

Safety and age

Romantasy is fictional AI-assisted entertainment for adults 18+. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; fictional characters cannot provide crisis or professional help.

Report or block a public character

Open a public character’s profile and choose Report to send it for review, or Block to hide every public character from that creator. We review safety reports promptly. For an urgent report that you cannot submit in the app, email erik@drastic.dev with the character name and a short reason. Do not attach private chats or images.
